Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using VoiceFlow Studio you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. The service

VoiceFlow Studio lets practitioners draft session scripts, render them in a cloned voice, layer a binaural frequency or soundscape, and share the result with their clients through a hosted player.

3. Free trial and subscription

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with a limited number of generations. After the trial, VoiceFlow Pro is billed at $49 per month through Stripe until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and renew automatically each billing period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or fail to pay.

5. Voice cloning consent

You may only upload or record voice samples of a voice you own or have explicit written permission to clone. Impersonation of any other person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful content.
• No medical, psychiatric or emergency claims presented as clinical treatment.
• No reselling, scraping, reverse engineering or automated bulk abuse of the service.
• No sharing of your account credentials with other practitioners.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of your scripts, voice samples and generated audio, and you receive a commercial licence to use generated sessions with your clients. You grant us the limited licence needed to process and deliver that content to you.

8. Professional responsibility

VoiceFlow Studio is a production tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional care. You remain solely responsible for the clinical appropriateness of the content you deliver and for complying with the rules of your professional body.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
