1. Who we are

VoiceFlow Studio (“we”, “us”) provides software that helps hypnotherapists and mindset coaches generate voice-cloned audio homework for their clients. You can reach us any time at support@voiceflowstudio.app.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and authentication credentials.
• Billing data: subscription status and customer references held by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Studio content: voice sample recordings, voice profile IDs, session scripts, chosen goals and frequencies, and generated audio.
• Usage data: generation counts, timestamps, device and browser information, and support messages you send us.

3. How we use it

We use your information to operate the studio, generate the audio you request, provide customer support, process subscription payments, prevent abuse of free trials, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we never use your voice recordings to train models for other customers.

4. Processors we rely on

We share the minimum data required with service providers who help us run VoiceFlow Studio: our cloud hosting and database provider, our speech-synthesis and AI providers (used to draft scripts and render audio), and Stripe for payments. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

5. Client confidentiality

You are the controller of any client information contained in the scripts you write. Please avoid entering identifying client details, and obtain consent from your clients before sharing session links with them.

6. Storage and retention

Account, subscription and session metadata are stored in our managed database. Generated audio is cached locally in your own browser storage so it stays on your device, and is removed when you clear that storage. We retain account records for as long as your account is active, plus any period required for tax and accounting obligations.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with encryption at rest. Access to production data is restricted, and database access rules limit every record to the account that owns it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember studio preferences. Our support chat widget may set its own cookies to maintain conversation history.

We will post any updates to this policy on this page and adjust the date above. Material changes will also be announced by email.
